Terms and Conditions for Export Transactions
Below are the official Terms and Conditions Simhachalam Global Food Pvt Ltd follows for all international export operations. These export policy terms apply to shipments of fresh fruits, vegetables, spices, rice, dairy products, processed foods, frozen foods, edible oils, and other agro products.

Banana, Mango, Apple, Grapes, Pomegranate, Papaya, Guava, Pineapple, Custard Apple, Onion, Potato, Okra (Lady Finger), Brinjal, Green Chilli, Ginger, Garlic, Dehydrated Onion, Mushroom, Frozen Vegetables, Frozen Fruits, Sorghum, Toor Dal, Basmati Rice, Non-Basmati Rice, Groundnut Oil, Butter, Ghee, Paneer, Cheese, Red Chilli Powder, Black Pepper, Cardamom, Cloves, Coriander Seeds, Turmeric, Cumin, Jaggery Powder, and Laddu.
1. Payment Terms
a) Advance Payment Structure
60% to 80% Advance Payment: Required before production, processing, packaging, and export preparation.
Remaining Balance Payment: Must be completed before shipment dispatch, container loading, and document release.
b) SBLC (Standby Letter of Credit) Option
Type: SBLC MT760
Status: Confirmed & Transferable
Issuing Bank: Must be issued by a reputed prime bank (HSBC, CitiBank, JP Morgan, DBS, Standard Chartered, etc.)
Bank Charges: All banking charges, transfer fees, and SBLC-related expenses shall be borne by the buyer.
2. Order Confirmation
All export orders must be confirmed in written form by both Simhachalam Global Food Pvt Ltd and the buyer.
A signed Letter of Intent (LOI) or Purchase Order (PO) is mandatory before order processing begins.
Any modifications related to product specifications, packaging, quantity, labeling, or shipment schedules must be mutually approved in writing.
3. Quality & Inspection
All products are packed and shipped according to international export quality standards and buyer specifications.
Products are inspected, sorted, graded, and packed before dispatch to ensure export quality compliance.
Buyers may appoint third-party inspection agencies such as SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Cotecna at their own cost.
Any additional laboratory testing, certifications, fumigation, or special inspection requirements must be informed in advance and additional charges may apply.
4. Packaging & Shipment
Packaging will be done as per export standards or buyer requirements wherever applicable.
Shipment schedules depend on product availability, production timelines, and shipping line schedules.
Simhachalam Global Food Pvt Ltd will not be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, port congestion, natural disasters, or unforeseen logistics disruptions.
5. Documentation
The following export documents may be provided depending on shipment requirements:
Commercial Invoice
Packing List
Bill of Lading / Airway Bill
Certificate of Origin
Phytosanitary Certificate
Fumigation Certificate
APEDA / FSSAI / IEC related documents
Additional documentation requested by the buyer may involve extra charges.

Simhachalam Global Food Pvt Ltd shall not be held liable for delays or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, government restrictions, war, strikes, pandemics, transportation disruptions, or port delays.
